General comment on data set Inventory of the production of 1 kg of raw Arabica coffee bean (11.25% moisture after processing), in the Cerrado Mineiro region, using a system that predominantly adopts mechanized operations. Average productivity is 3,210 kg / ha, with no irrigation. The data are mostly primary and representative of the average of two representative farms in the region. The 20-year crop cycle was considered. Cerrado Mineiro (Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba, REC 303)The inventory represents 11.8% of the national coffee production. The mesoregion of Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Parnaíba represents 18.7% of the production in the state of Minas Gerais. Agricultural coffee production does not require buildings and those referring to the processing stage were disregarded. Infrastructure related to agricultural operations (shed and machinery) was included. Transport data was not considered. 2013 to 2020.
