General comment on data set Period of primary data collection on the farm - 01/07/2016 to 30/11/2017 Data gathered at a farm located in the State of Alagoas, in the Northeast Region of Brazil, adopting a monoculture cropping system (current), partially mechanized (weeding, application of fertilizers, and pesticides). Inventory of coconut production of one farm at Alagoas State, considering the weight of the fruit (shell, pulp, and coconut water) of 1.9 kg (Miranda et al., 2019). Irrigation in September to February (181 days). Electrical energy is equal to 0.25 Kwh/m3.ha. Average annual data of an orchard, considering a lifetime of 17 years. The following activities were considered in data gathering soil preparation, seedling planting, fertirrigation using micro aspersion, disease and plague control, weeding and manual harvest. Estimation of emissions to water: nitrate leached by SQCB method (EMMENEGGER et al., 2009) and phosphorus emission through erosion to surface water according to Nemecek and Schnetzer (2011). Estimation of emissions to air: ammonia (NH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions due to urea application according to Nemecek and Schnetzer (2011), nitrous oxide (N2O) and carbon dioxide emissions due to limestone use according to IPCC (2007) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions according to Nemecek et al. (2016). Estimation of emissions of heavy metals to soil, surface water and groundwater: according to the method proposed by Nemecek and Schnetzer (2011). Pesticide emissions were determined according to Emmenegger et al. (2009) by t he amount of active ingredient that entered the system and was emitted to the soil.
