General comment Inventory of the production of 1 kg of raw Arabica coffee bean (11.5% moisture after processing), in the southern region of Minas Gerais, using a system that adopts a combination of mechanized and manual operations. Average productivity is 2,280 kg / ha, with no irrigation. The data are mostly primary, but from only one representative farm in the region. The 20-year crop cycle was considered.
South/Southeast of Minas Gerais (REC 302). The inventory represents 33% of the national coffee production.
The South / Southeast mesoregion represents 42.4% of the production in the state of Minas Gerais.
Agricultural coffee production does not require buildings and those referring to the processing stage were disregarded. Infrastructure related to agricultural operations (shed and machinery) was included.
Transport data was not considered.
